Refunds & Return Policy:

Our products are meticulously crafted and designed to prioritize quality and value. We uphold the highest standards of inspection and quality control throughout the entire process to ensure that our customers receive the right product.

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

Refunds or returns are only accepted in the following cases: 

1) Non-delivery or loss of product, 

2) Receipt of incorrect product. 

In the event of damage or defect, we will replace the product with the same item as ordered; no refunds will be issued.

Note: Custom products are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-exchangeable.

*Custom/Personalized items are products that are specifically crafted based on the preferences and personalized choices of the buyer, distinguishing them from the rest of the products offered on the website.

Should this scenario arise, please follow the steps below accordingly.

  • To Cancel an order: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 955 065 8844 within 2 hours of making the purchase to initiate the cancellation process and receive a refund.
  • Record Unboxing Video: Upon receiving your order, please make sure to inspect and record the unboxing video and contact us immediately if there are any issues.  If return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that processing refunds may take some time.
  • Return Duration: Returns must be initiated within 2 days of delivery, and any claims made after this period will not be entertained.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@printmadly.com with your 

  • Name,
  • Email, 
  • Order ID, and a 
  • Brief description of the issue. 

Once your return is approved, you will be given instructions on how and where to return your package. Please remember that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed. 

In case of any refunds approved by printmadly, it will take 14 days for the refund to be processed to you.

Shipping Policy:

The orders for the customer are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 5 to 8 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable.
